1. Who the consent is given to

The Operator is DK Tekhnolodzhis, Limited Liability Company, PSRN (ОГРН) 1177847007139, TIN (ИНН) 7816629692, TRRC (КПП) 780201001, registered address: 194292, Saint Petersburg, 1st Verkhniy lane 12, letter V, premises 1-N, room 112, Russia.

The consent is given freely, by your own will and in your own interest, when you fill in any form on dk-tehno.ru: the contact form, the service booking form, the EPSM request or a request from the cart.

2. What data is processed

• the name you entered in the form;
• phone number;
• email address, if you provided one;
• the contact channel you chose;
• the content of your message: subject, comment, cart contents, vehicle details;
• the date of the request, the IP address and browser data at the moment the form was submitted - kept as evidence that the consent was given.

The Operator does not process special categories of personal data or biometric personal data, and does not collect them through the forms on the Website.

3. For what purposes

• to consider your request and answer it;
• to contact you through the channel you chose;
• to prepare and agree the terms of a purchase, delivery or service;
• to comply with the law, including accounting rules and consumer protection requirements.

Marketing and informational mailings are not on this list. They require a separate consent given by a separate checkbox, and a request can be sent without ticking it.

4. What actions are permitted

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating and amendment, retrieval, use, transfer to the persons named in section 5, anonymisation, blocking, erasure and destruction.

Processing is carried out both with and without automation. The Operator does not take decisions producing legal effects solely on the basis of automated processing.

5. Who the Operator entrusts processing to

The list of processors is set out in section 6 of the Privacy Policy. Each of them processes the data only on the instructions of the Operator and only for the purposes named in section 3. Personal data obtained through the forms on the Website is not transferred outside the Russian Federation.

6. How long it lasts and how to withdraw it

The consent lasts until it is withdrawn. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to office@dk-tehno.ru or by sending a written statement to the registered address of the Operator.

After withdrawal the Operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days, except for information it is required by law to keep and the cases listed in part 2 of article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

7. The text of the consent

By ticking the box in a form on the Website, you confirm the following:

I consent to DK Tekhnolodzhis LLC processing my personal data - name, phone number, email address and the content of my message - in order to handle this request, answer it and contact me through the channel I chose. The consent lasts until it is withdrawn; it can be withdrawn by writing to office@dk-tehno.ru. The terms of processing are set out in the Personal Data Consent and in the Privacy Policy.
