1. General Provisions

This Policy sets out how personal data of visitors to dk-tehno.ru (the Website) is processed and protected.

The data operator is DK Tekhnolodzhis, Limited Liability Company (DK Tekhnolodzhis LLC), PSRN (ОГРН) 1177847007139, TIN (ИНН) 7816629692, TRRC (КПП) 780201001, registered address: 194292, Saint Petersburg, 1st Verkhniy lane 12, letter V, premises 1-N, room 112, Russia (the Operator).

This Policy has been prepared in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”. By using the Website you confirm that you have read it.

2. Data Processed

2.1. Data you provide yourself when filling in a contact form, placing an order or subscribing to the newsletter:

• name;
• phone number;
• email address;
• the text of your message or order comment;
• order contents: names and quantities of the products selected;
• the consents you ticked in the form.

2.2. Data collected automatically when you visit the Website:

• IP address;
• browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution;
• interface language and regional settings;
• the page you arrived from and the search query, where it is passed on;
• pages viewed, time and duration of the visit, the order in which pages were opened;
• on-page behaviour: clicks, scrolling, cursor movement, form interaction (collected by Yandex Metrica, see section 4);
• a de-identified visitor identifier that the Operator derives by hashing technical request parameters and does not match against your name or contact details.

The Operator does not collect special or biometric categories of personal data and does not knowingly process data of minors.

3. Purposes of Processing

• handling and fulfilling requests to purchase and service vehicles;
• contacting you about your enquiry, including confirming that it was received;
• internal record-keeping of enquiries and orders;
• sending information and marketing messages about products, new arrivals and discounts, only where you have given separate consent to such messages;
• web analytics: measuring traffic, assessing usability, detecting faults;
• measuring advertising performance and showing the Operator's advertising on third-party platforms to people who previously visited the Website (retargeting), where you have consented to analytics and advertising cookies;
• protecting the Website from automated requests and form abuse.

4. Cookies and Web Analytics

The Website uses cookies and similar technologies. They fall into two groups, which are treated differently.

4.1. Necessary.These keep the Website working: they store your chosen language and theme, the contents of your cart, your cookie choice, and the admin panel session for the Operator's staff. The Website cannot work properly without them, so they are set without separate consent.

4.2. Analytics and advertising. These are used by Yandex Metrica (operated by Yandex LLC), which is installed on the Website. Metrica collects the data listed in clause 2.2, sets its own cookies and allows the Operator to:

• see traffic statistics and referral sources;
• see click and scroll maps;
• replay a recording of a visitor's actions on a page (Webvisor). Form field contents are masked in such recordings;
• pass information about actions taken on the Website to advertising systems in order to measure campaign performance and subsequently display the Operator's advertising.

Metrica is not loaded until you have accepted analytics cookies: before you make that choice the Website makes no request to that service and collects no visit statistics. If you decline analytics cookies, Metrica is not loaded on later visits either.

The terms of use of Yandex Metrica and details of how Yandex LLC processes the data it receives are published on that service's own website.

4.3. The Operator's own visit counting. Regardless of your choice, the Operator keeps its own de-identified record of visits. It uses no cookies and stores no identifier in your browser: a de-identified identifier is computed on the server by hashing technical request parameters together with a secret that changes daily, so visits cannot be linked across days or to you personally. Only the page address, that identifier and the referring address are stored; the IP address itself is not. This record serves solely to count visits and is not shared with third parties.

4.4. Changing your choice.You make your choice about analytics cookies in the banner shown on your first visit, and you can change it at any time through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of any page. You may also delete and block cookies in your browser and use the opt-out tools the analytics service provides. Disabling necessary cookies may leave parts of the Website inoperable.

4.5. Embedded map. The Contacts page carries a Yandex Maps widget. It loads only after you click it; until then your device makes no requests to that service. Once loaded, its provider receives your IP address and browser technical data on its own terms.

5. Legal Grounds

• your consent to the processing of personal data, given by ticking the box in a form (Article 6(1)(1) of Law No. 152-FZ);
• performance of a contract to which you are, or intend to become, a party, when you place an order (Article 6(1)(5));
• your separate consent to receive marketing messages (Article 15 of Law No. 152-FZ and Article 18(1) of the Federal Law “On Advertising”);
• the Operator's legitimate interest in keeping the Website working and secure, where this does not override your rights.

6. Who Data Is Shared With

The Operator does not sell personal data and does not pass it to third parties for their own purposes. To achieve the purposes named in section 3, processing is entrusted to:

• Yandex LLC - the Yandex Metrica analytics service and the Yandex Maps widget. The data in clause 2.2 is transferred. Servers are located in the Russian Federation.
• Hosting provider - hosting of the Website and its database. Servers are located in the Russian Federation.
• Email provider- delivery of messages relating to your enquiry and of notifications to the Operator's staff. Servers are located in the Russian Federation.
• Telegram Messenger- internal notifications to the Operator's staff about incoming orders. An order notification includes the name, phone number, email address (if given) and comment. See section 7.

Data may also be provided to state authorities in the cases and in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation. The names and details of the parties entrusted with processing are provided on written request to the address in section 11.

7. Cross-Border Transfer

Telegram Messenger, which the Operator uses for internal order notifications, belongs to a foreign entity and its servers are located outside the Russian Federation. The transfer of the data described in section 6 is a cross-border transfer within the meaning of Article 12 of Law No. 152-FZ.

No other transfer of personal data outside the Russian Federation takes place. The databases in which personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation is recorded, systematised, accumulated, stored, updated and retrieved are located in the Russian Federation.

8. Retention Periods

• enquiry and order data - 3 (three) years from the last interaction with you, unless accounting legislation requires a longer period;
• subscriber data - until consent is withdrawn. After you unsubscribe, only the record of that refusal is kept, so that no further messages are sent to you;
• web analytics data - for the period set by the terms of the relevant service.

Once the purposes of processing have been achieved, or once these periods expire, the data is destroyed or de-identified.

9. Newsletter and Opting Out

Marketing messages are sent only to people who have given separate, voluntary consent to receive them, either by subscribing through the newsletter form or by ticking the corresponding box in an enquiry form. That box is optional, and leaving it unticked has no effect on how your enquiry is handled.

Every newsletter message contains an unsubscribe link. Following it stops further messages and requires neither a login nor a request to the Operator. You may also unsubscribe by writing to office@dk-tehno.ru.

10. Your Rights

Under Articles 14 and 21 of Law No. 152-FZ you have the right to:

• obtain information about the processing of your personal data: confirmation that processing takes place, its legal grounds and purposes, the data involved, the retention periods, and details of who the data is passed to;
• require your data to be corrected, blocked or destroyed where it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or no longer needed for the stated purpose;
• withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data;
• object to receiving marketing messages;
• appeal against the Operator's actions to Roskomnadzor or through the courts.

Requests should be sent to office@dk-tehno.ru. The Operator responds within the period established by law. Withdrawing consent stops processing, except for data the Operator is required by law to retain.

11. Data Security

The Operator applies legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying and dissemination: data travels between your browser and the Website over a secure protocol, access to the admin panel is restricted and password-protected, actions on data are logged, and forms are protected against automated submissions.

12. Changes to This Policy

The Operator may amend this Policy. The current version is always available on this page and is dated at the top of the document.
